This week, the Louisiana Tech University Admissions Staff had an opportunity to visit our College of Education and tour our amazing facilities, centers, and classrooms. Dr. Lanie Dornier, Department Head of Kinesiology took the students on a private tour of Memorial Gym and provided each visitor with a list of potential careers that incoming freshman could explore should they opt to make Kinesiology their focus of study. In addition, our VIP guests explored the new state-of-the-art Sports Motion and
Science Laboratory under the direction of Drs. Braden Roemer and David
Szymanski and discussed the new student collaborative space being established in the former Memorial Gym lobby. Great things are happening in the COE! It is our hope that the activity will be a magnet for amazing new College of Education students and graduates !
